Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the equestrian gear you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and that products like rugs or boots are free from horse hair and dirt.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
